Customer’s request: new packaging for the surprise container for insertion in chocolate eggs

MIP’s answer: the main objective of this project is the safety of youngsters consuming chocolate eggs, so our study was directed towards solutions that would prevent their swallowing the small plastic parts similar to those of other products on the market. We arrived at our solution by re-interpreting the concept of gift container by adding a plastic zip, so the overall dimensions are greater and the object cannot be swallowed, we have added a breaking system programmed to prevent division, a marginal but valuable note, thus reducing the costs of production and assembly.
